Our first step together is your free No Sweat Intro. You’ll schedule a quick no-pressure meeting to show you around the gym, discuss your goals, and get clear on next steps. If you’ve had this on your mind for a while, don’t let another day slip past you. Take action, get in touch, and let’s get you to your goals.
Your first three training sessions are your “Kickstart Course”. We teach you everything you need to know about the gym, your coaches, your classes and MORE! We will assess your current level of fitness using the LEVEL METHOD and you earn your own “Color Level”, similar to belt colors of martial arts. This Color Level allows you to know exactly which version of the class workouts are safe, challenging and effective for YOU!
The Level Method is a system that will show you exactly where you stand in fitness. It gives you the knowledge, and us coaches the tools, to help you achieve your goals faster than ever before. The simplest way is to think of martial arts – white to red belt.
Each milestone you achieve at CrossFit Alanis is important to keeping you motivated and progressing, and we celebrate every one of those victories on your journey! We also like to have fun and build a strong support system. Together, we use all the resources and tools available to us, we plug you into the community, and you will ALWAYS succeed.
Great Question! The first focus is ALWAYS keeping you safe! Our next objective is VIRTUOSITY: “Doing common movements UNCOMMONLY WELL” What you learn in the gym can and should be applied to every movement you perform as a human being in your daily life, from common tasks to recreational athletic activities!
Absolutely! Our World Class Trainers and Coaches specialize in one on one training, small group training and strength and conditioning classes (CrossFit). Together, we establish what objectives you are looking to accomplish first, so we can map out a 4, 8 or 12 week pathway to ACHIEVE SUCCESS!
For Sure! We have memberships you can get started with for as little as $50 per week!
