  • Youth Instruction: Over 15 years of experience as a dance instructor for kids and teens, including over a decade with Marching Auxiliaries (MA Dance).
  • Philosophy: Cassie’s “Thrive” mentality focuses on helping children find joy in movement. She blends her technical discipline from dance with the functional fun of CrossFit to create an environment where kids feel safe to try new things and grow.
