Group CrossFit Training

Group Training leads to lasting community relationships which will keep you accountable. Each day you’ll do a challenging workout that combines the most effective fitness methods. Your classmates will keep you accountable and make working out fun.

Personal Training

Personalized instruction means that every second of your gym time is devoted to meeting your needs. Your personal coach can help you build a specific skill set, strengthen weak areas, gain a competitive edge in your sport, and stay motivated to reach your goals.

Nutrition Coaching

You spend a fraction of your time each week at the gym. In many ways, what you do outside of the gym is more important than what you do while you’re here. We designed our Nutrition Program at CrossFit Alanis to be flexible and sustainable. Get the results you want faster than training alone.

Mobility & Flexibility

Mobility training includes elements of dynamic stretches, foam rolling, bodyweight exercises and yoga. Mobility training is about much more than just being flexible.

Weightlifting & Strength

Use it or lose it! Lean muscle mass naturally diminishes with age. Your body fat percentage will increase over time if you don’t do anything to replace the lean muscle you lose. Strength training will help you preserve and enhance your muscle mass at any age.
